Simply choose the one you want, and you'll have it equipped in that loadout from now on. You'll see that just to the right of the weapon itself is a link to the Armory, select that, and you'll bring up the various Blueprints you have for that weapon.

To do this, head to your loadout screen and scroll down to the gun that you've got a blueprint for.
